we are not nearly accumulating data at the pace we had once projected; see
below.  i have thus asked for a reduced allocation of 50 terabytes on NIRD
for 2019.

joerg, should i turn on mirroring of the OPUS installation on Taito to
NIRD, just so there is a copy (in norway)?
