Hi Bjørn , 

I also got the impression that Delingr has been discussed a lot in Norway. And I think us deciding after some discussion that we do not see a way to contribute is a valid answer to Tomasz' request. I'd like to keep an open mind, but I agree NLPL should not get bogged down in Delingr politics if we can avoid/circumvent it.
