dear participants,

i am happy to announce that we have a new CodaLab instance available
for team registration and submission of parser outputs for evaluation:

  https://competitions-new.codalab.org/competitions/20129

because of the complete crash of the CodaLab service (for all
competitions, not just ours) last week, you will need to re-register
for the task, optionally create a team registration, and eventually
submit your parser outputs before the end of the evaluation period.

to make sure the new CodaLab instance works as expected, we would like
to kindly ask that you register for the MRP task (through the above
link) as soon as possible, and no later than wednesday this coming
week (july 17).

the evaluation period has been extended until thursday, july 25, 2019,
12:00 noon in central europe (CEST).  all parser outputs to be
considered for evaluation in the context of MRP 2019 need to be
received in CodaLab before that date.

from our side, a special thanks to daniel hershcovich, who has kept in
touch with the CodaLab team and re-created our competition on the new
server over the weekend!
