[mrp-users] CodaLab downtime; extended evaluation schedule

dear participants,

regrettably, the CodaLab ‘competition’ service where we have hosted MRP
2019 team registration and submission of parser outputs has been
unavailable since early wednesday this past week.

yesterday, the CodaLab administrators informed us that their servers have
been corrupted beyond repair, and that we will have to re-configure the
competition from scratch on a fresh installation of CodaLab.  all team
registrations and submissions (if any) made earlier last week have been
lost!

this is of course most unfortunate, and we can only apologize for having to
ask everyone to re-register their teams and upload submissions once the new
CodaLab instance is up and running next week!  we will announce the new
submission site by noon (in europe) this coming monday, july 15.

even though the CodaLab crash fortunately did not occur all too close to
the end of our evaluation period, we feel we should nevertheless compensate
for the lost time these past days.  we will extend the MRP 2019 evaluation
period until noon CEST on thursday, july 25, 2019.

more early this coming week then, once we have the new submission site
ready for you and the MRP web pages updated with the new schedule!
