thanks for making contact, johanna!  yes, the access request by daniel
from copenhagen is legitimate: he is a close NLPL collaborator, so
please add him to my project.

which reminds me: right before the summer, a user reported that the
project (2000582) is out of billing units, and indeed i now see that
we are in the red!  i believe the original allocation was managed by
martin (matthiesen), so i am not quite sure how to apply for a new
allocation of units under the NLPL umbrella?  the on-line application
form does not seem accessible to me (see the attachment), though it is
quite likely i am looking in the wrong place?
