My email filter filtered this to Stephan's rsync mails, sorry for the late reply.

I think it is. Ironically Qvain[1] is not working for me yet, because I have some linked accounts that Qvain cannot handle yet.
The idea is that we could use Qvain to describe our data and publiish it via Etsin[2].

An alternative home could maybe also The Language Bank, provided we are funded in 2020.

[1] For those who wonder: "kuvain" would mean something like "the describer", if it were a word.
[2] Again made up, would be "the searcher". etsin.fairdata.fi
