[NLPL Task Force (A)] [rt.uio.no #3197744] urgent: add Notur user ‘nivre’ to ‘hpc-nlpl’ group

Ok, so I don't do anything on these files. Sara has to reset her password via the metacenter interface (https://www.sigma2.no/resetpassword).

Have configured access to hpc-nlpl for Ali. Hope it is ready tomorrow.
