[NLPL Task Force (A)] [rt.uio.no #3197744] urgent: add Notur user ‘nivre’ to ‘hpc-nlpl’ group

Sara is on maternity leave and will be so until August or September 2019. However, I think it is still fine to reenable her account and let her remain the owner of these files.

It would be very good if Ali could be added as well. He is eagerly waiting to start installing the newest versions of the parsers. :)
