[epe-users] schedule update for EPE presentations

dear all,

owing to a cancellation of a DepLing presentation, the organizers offered
us a little more time for the EPE presentations.  we have allocated an
additional five minutes to each of the system descriptions after lunch;

however, ideally the EPE sessions will give rise to interactions and
discussion, so we encourage all presenters of system descriptions to leave
around five minutes for questions.
