[norlm] paper about NorBERT and NorELMo is published now

Dear NorLM subscribers,

Our paper "Large-Scale Contextualised Language Modelling for Norwegian"
was accepted to the NoDaLiDa'21 conference. The finalized version of the
text is now available on arXiv:

The paper describes the details of the training process, evaluation
workflow and corpora composition. It also provides extensive comparison
of NorBERT and NorELMo models to the Multilingual BERT by Google and
NB-BERT-Base by the National Library of Norway.
