dear colleagues:

you are receiving this message because you have been involved in some
capacity with the 2019 CoNLL shared task on Cross-Framework Meaning
Representation Parsing (MRP 2019). to refresh your memory, if need
be, please see the original task web pages:

http://mrp.nlpl.eu/2019/

we are now preparing a re-run of (an extended version of) the task at
CoNLL 2020 and have just handed over to the LDC what will be the
starting package for prospective participants this year. as part of
this initial data release, we make available the complete
gold-standard evaluation graphs from 2019, hence we believe this
package may also be of interest to past participants, for example for
further diagnostic evaluation of your systems or ongoing development.

we will publicly announce the 2020 task and schedule in the next few
days, but in case some of you would like to already obtain the above
data package, you will need to obtain a fresh no-cost evaluation
license from the LDC. for that, please find the license request form,
which should be submitted electronically directly to the LDC, at the
following address:

http://svn.nlpl.eu/mrp/2020/public/license.pdf

more on MRP 2020 before too long! we hope that many of you will
(still) find the task interesting and consider participation this
year. the evaluation period will close in early august, and the 2020
edition brings some updates to the meaning representation frameworks
involved, as well as a new multi-lingual dimension.

best wishes, oe (on behalf of the 2020 task co-organizers)
