[NLPL Infrastructure] Job fails with "invalid account/partition"

hi maja,

starting in 2021, LTG Oslo staff has established their own billing
account on Saga, and even though you (of course) continue to enjoy
access to NLPL data and software you are no longer eligible to draw
cycles from the NLPL project number NN9447k.

andrey maintains the LTG allocations and can advise further, but if
you just run 'groups' on Saga you should be able to figure out the new
NN????k account number that you can use.
