[NLPL Task Force (A)] gpu usage on the Saga cluster

dear shifei chen,

gpu capacity on Saga is regrettably relatively limited, with a total
of 32 available gpus.  for the past couple of days, it appears you
have tended to use around 20 gpus, while there are quite a few other
jobs waiting in the gpu queue.  in periods of high demand, like these
days, i am afraid i would like to ask you to limit your gpu usage to
around five active jobs ... to avoid excessively long waiting times
for other users before their jobs get to start.
