[NLPL Task Force (A)] access to NLPL data

Hi Stephan,

Would it be possible to gain access to the NLPL data on Saga?  I just sent a user account application (connected to NN9447K) through Sigma2.  There are some machine translation models that I would like to experiment with.

On the longer term, do you think it might be feasible to include NR as an "NLPL associate"?  This might be quite useful, especially given that the NLP cluster at NR is growing, from being just myself to a mini-team of 3 researchers (myself, another permanent researcher that are are currently hiring, and a PhD student funded by my NFR project later this year).
