    Hi,

    How can I load these newly installed modules?
    They are not listed and trying to load them results in an error.

    [andreku at login-1.SAGA ~]$ module avail | grep cuDNN
    cuDNN/7.1.4.18-fosscuda-2018b
    cuDNN/7.4.2.24-CUDA-10.0.130

    No sign of CuDNN 7.6 here.

    [andreku at login-1.SAGA ~/simple_elmo_training]$ module avail | grep CUDA
    CUDA/9.2.88-GCC-7.3.0-2.30
    CUDA/10.0.130
    CUDA/10.1.105-GCC-8.2.0-2.31.1

    No sign of CUDA 10.1.234 here.

Hi,

I am sorry, I forgot to mention, until the Lmod cache is updated, add option
--ignore_cache to module commands, e.g

$ module --ignore_cache av cuda

$ module --ignore_cache load CUDA/10.1.243-GCC-8.3.0 cuDNN/
7.6.4.38-gcccuda-2019b

Regards
Vegard
