Hi,
We're trying to finalize our NLPL delivarables, but have run into some issues. It seems like several of the NLPL modules for some reason stops python from working.
If we only load the python module used by these NLPL modules:
Python/3.7.2-GCCcore-8.2.0
Python works correctly.
But once we load any of the nlpl modules:
nlpl-numpy/1.17.3/3.7
nlpl-cython/0.29.13/3.7
nlpl-spacy/2.2.1/3.7
nlpl-dynet/2.1/3.7
python stops working, with the following error message:
python: error while loading shared libraries: libpython3.7m.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
We can't figure out why, since it still seems to be in one pf the paths in LD_LIBRARY_PATH
Any help on this would be appreciated.
Best,
Sara
