nobody who received my initial 'users at nlpl.eu' mailing complained, so
i think we can assume this list of projects is a good approximation of
NLPL associates.  i imagine at the end of the year, we will want to
put updated usage statistics on the NLPL wiki.

martin, did you have a chance already to look into automated nightly
updates of the contents of
'/projappl/nlpl/operation/users/csc/users.txt'?
