[NLPL Task Force (A)] access to Saga; storage interfaces

dear colleagues,

i have been enjoying two great things today already, viz. the EOSC
Nordic kick-off meeting and the general opening of Puhti (the Taito
successor at CSC, with 320 V100 gpus :-).

my colleagues back home are asking about re-gaining access to Saga,
because they have some experiments they want to plan.  i noticed that
Saga already is accessible for assignment of users in the metacenter,
hence are wondering whether there is a date set for when Saga will
open for regular usage?

finally, a question about the storage philosophy on Saga: i had kind
of expected that, like Fram, our NIRD project storage would be visible
(if read-only) on Saga, but at least during the trial period that was
not the case.  what are the expectations regarding access of NIRD data
from Saga?
