hi martin,

i believe the NLPL agreement with CSC provides an allocation of three
million core hours (or billing units, not sure without digging up the text)
_per_ year, so we are probably not nearly exhausted, even when including
the finnish NLPL partners?

thanks for topping up the UiO project!  if possible (assuming my above
interpretation is correct), could we receive another 100,000 BUs.  i expect
that should be sufficient to carry us through the rest of the year :-).
