Hi Stephan, 

I think separating the access control project from the coputation project is a very good idea. The present " 2000582, ‘NeIC-NLPL" should be used for access control and the new project should inherit the present project's quota (+ some extra, I assume) and most of its users. 

‘NLPL: University of Oslo' sounds like a good name, also NLPL Project directory. Renaming the other projects would require requests from each PI, I would not do this, adding the PI's university here (http://wiki.nlpl.eu/index.php/Infrastructure/resources) should achieve a similar result? 

To transfer the quota and get a new project a simple request to [ mailto:servicedesk at csc.fi | servicedesk at csc.fi ] should be enough. I was about to offer to contact them, but I think is should come from you as the PI.
