[NLPL Task Force (A)] [hpc-core] urgent: add Notur user ‘nivre’ to ‘hpc-nlpl’ group

Hi, Stephan,

to my knowledge (but I might be wrong) a non-uio user first has to get 
an external affiliation at uio. Please submit an RT case at hpc-drift, 
and the ticket will be handled in a special way to do this.
