[NLPL Task Force (A)] Pytorch for NLPL working?

hi martin,
i believe the current installation of nlpl-pytorch/0.4.1 is functional
on both Taito cpu and gpu nodes. we have confirmed that OpenNMT-py
works as it should, and that runs on top of this PyTorch installation.
assuming 0.4.1 is still the latest release, i would have no objections
to non-NLPL users giving our software a shot (and report back to
‘infrastructure’ in case there are issues, even if we can hardly make
a firm support commitment beyond NLPL, of course). for basic
