[NLPL Task Force (A)] Abel clustre for UU students

dear mats,

yes, adding MSc students as additional UU users seems entirely
straightforward and within the intended use of the infrastructure to me.
please just advise the students to request access to Abel following our
on-line instructions:

as for the duration of the account, they should specify the expected end
date of their MSc project at UU or december 31, 2019, whatever comes
first.  i fully expect the infrastructure will remain available past the
current NLPL project period, but at this point we cannot quite make formal
commitments past the end of 2019.

as for available documentation, there is quite a bit on Abel proper, plus
an emerging collection of pages on NLPL-specific software (e.g. PyTorch,
TensorFlow, Moses, OpenNMT-py, and such):
