[NLPL Task Force (A)] early feedback

Hi Martin,

It's a third-party tool.  It's a "bleeding-edge" semantic role labeller
by someone else, published very recently, that is nevertheless written
under the expectation of tensorflow, tensorflow_hub, and some other
packages in order to apply their models on CPU using python 2.7.  I
would not be able to port it myself in a reasonable time frame to Python
3.  In my experience there are still a lot of active projects that
haven't migrated due to the overhead.

Yours,
--Asad.
