I think that sounds reasonable.

Yes, that is possible. Ideally I should not add anyone to the mix, since there should be an almost perfect overlap? ;-) There will be a lot of travel the next 2 weeks (CLARIN yearly meeting next week and personal autumn holiday the week after, so it might take a little while. I have a crude idea on how to do this, but our user management might know a more elegant solution. 

There is the GDPR, though, maybe not everyone wants to be automatically added to that list. Hardly a problem now, but we might want to prepare for that. The Language Bankl has several hundred users that use Taito's resources, I wonder whether we should send them an "opt-in" mail? Or would that be too big an increase? My guess is most users are not AI/ML-minded people. 

I made myself a Jira-ticket for this, initial deadline end of this month.
