[NLPL Task Force (A)] hourly updates of vectors repository (from Abel to Taito)

colleagues,

just fyi: i have set up an hourly cron(8) job on Abel to propagate any
updates below ‘/projects/nlpl/data/vectors/’ to Taito.

the script is (currently) configured to email ‘infrastructure’ and
andrey whenever there are some actual updates.  this way, there should
not be a terrible volume of email, and we will be alereted when there
are genuine changes.

i plan to create similar synchronization jobs for other parts of the
NLPL installation, including something like a daily back-up to NIRD
...

please let me know in case you have ideas for further improvement!  i
imagine we can discuss our first impressions at our next task force
meeting on march 22 :-).
