[NLPL Task Force (A)] additional CUDA libraries

hiya,

in our project, we are beginning to explore GPU usage on Abel, and the need
for additional NVIDIA  libraries has come up, viz cuDNN v6.0 and libcupti
(including the developer headers).

any chance that these could be installed for (ideally in the next few days
:-) on the Abel GPU nodes?
