[NLPL Task Force (A)] CLARIN and NLPL in a nutshell

Hi,

I hope we can talk a few minutes about the attached drawings in our Infra meeting. I would like to use them as basis to highlight  the differences and similarities of the CLARIN and NLPL approach.
The circles are meant to roughly correspond to each other.

As to Metadata and PIDs I think we need to decide to what extend we want to use them. It would make sense to have NLPL data discoverable via vlo and express persistence via PIDs.
