my apologies for the delay in getting back to you!  migrating and
updating the installation guide was held back last week by the NLPL
wiki being inaccessible for some days :-(.

based on discussions among the infrastructure task force, there is a
moderately updated version of the NLPL installation guide available
now:

please note that we are now proposing to organize the ‘data’ directory
according to NLPL strands of activity, which means you will be free to
decide on your own directory layout for the ‘parsing/’ sub-directory.
i believe you and other uppsala team members should be members of the
right Un*x group now and should be able to write to the various
sub-directories in ‘/projects/nlpl/’ on Abel.  if not, please let
‘infrastructure at nlpl.eu’ know!
